Case Study - Taxi Company
Mr. P owns a popular taxi company in a large city. He has been trading for over 20 years, but with high buildings being built all around his office, and customers wishing to go further and further, his radio system was no longer fit for purpose. Since he owns his office, relocation was not an option.
Because he could not effectively communicate with his vehicles, then jobs were being passed to the wrong cars, and other jobs were being missed. This caused long wait times for the customers or even missed appointments.
He had already spent thousands with different radio dealers to try to resolve the issues, and whilst some improvement had been seen, the improvement was not enough to stop customers moving elsewhere.

The Maxxwave Solution
The solution was simple. Maxxwave installed a remote repeater station at one of our prime radio sites. To aid with cash flow, a monthly inclusive rental package was created, which included site rental and the equipment. Now Mr. P has the best range of any taxi company in his city, and is since taken over two of his competitors.
Mr. P is also looking at opening an additional office in a neighbouring town, which he previously would never have been able to dream of.
However, most importantly, his business has returned to healthy profit.
