What this tool stores about you, in plain terms.
Your account. Your email address, and the name, organisation and location you gave when you signed up, together with a record of the terms you accepted and when.
Your sites and plots. The transmitter locations you save and the details of each map you plot. Maps themselves are removed after 30 days.
A record of plots. We keep a log of every plot made with this tool: the account that made it, the position, height, power and service, the date and time, and the internet address it was requested from. This is kept so that we can answer questions from Ofcom about how the tool has been used, and it is retained after an account is deleted.
Login emails. A log of login links sent, so that we can help if one does not arrive.
One cookie keeps you logged in, and one protects the login form against forgery. Neither is used for advertising or tracking. The sign-up page uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated sign-ups, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. For anything else, email us using the link at the foot of this page.
