How Service Linking Works

Single Multiplex: Service broadcasts only on this multiplex with full content
Multiple Multiplexes: Service appears on this multiplex with content, and is announced on other selected multiplexes
FIG 0/24 Other Services: Automatically generated when services span multiple multiplexes
Frequency Information: Required to enable multi-multiplex service announcements
