All services are charged equally as per the tariff card above. Please do not ask for discounts, Maxxwave believes in offering competitive rates to everyone rather than making some services pay more than others.

Contracts offered are on a rolling monthly basis, payment in advance. Invoices are raised on the first of the previous month, to be paid by 1st of the month to which carriage relates. If carriage is unpaid by 1st of month then contract will be deemed void and service discontinued without notice and full connection fee will be due for resuming service

Tariff may be altered with 1 month advance notice given. All prices exclude VAT.

Audio is ingested into the multiplex unprocessed via web stream. A dedicated encoder with processor can be rented as a service for £800/annum.

UEP3 is the “standard” error correction rate and should deliver the coverage as indicate on the Ofcom coverage map. UEP1/EEP1A is an enhanced level of error correction and may provide better coverage in marginal signal areas. However it uses more capacity therefore the cost is higher for the same audio bitrate.

Images/fixed text. We recommend against text and images as X-PAD as it diminishes the audio quality by using audio bitrate for the data. We charge £250 one-off fee to prepare your image and fixed text and £10/month for the data carriage cost for fixed text, £20/month for dynamic text.
